New Functionality Alert!
QAD’s Service and Support Module allows the user to
create RMA (Return Material Authorisation) to manage simple returns from
end users. It is possible to receive a returned item and issue a replacement item
with an RMA. To enable this done be done on a handheld device within the
warehouse, Eagle has added RMA Shipment and Receipt programs to their RF
Express 2015EE release.
